Property Assessment Tax payment notification
1. Assessment Tax Payment Period
1.1 The payment period for Property Assessment Tax is every 2 times a year, namely:
a) First Term: 1 JANUARY to 28/29 FEBRUARY (every year)
b) Second Term: 1 JULY to 31 AUGUST (every year)
1.2 If payment fails to be made, the tax is considered an arrears and may be
CONFISCATED in accordance with https://www.ufaalr.com/ the provisions of Section 148 or 156. The owner is responsible for paying
the amount of payment determined by the Mersing District Council.
